The Shelter is a sacred healing space in my home, in Solymár. It’s a 5 minute drive from Budapest’s II\A district.

This is where I hold my 1:1 therapy sessions, men’s circles. It also provides space for yoga classes, rituals, such as soundbaths and cacao ceremonies.
