This past year marked a deeply transformative chapter in my journey as I completed Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry training. The process reshaped not only how I accompany others, but also how I relate to myself and to learning — moving away from fear and expectation toward integrity, surrender, and inner safety.
Guided by the work of Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur, and supported by Allison Creech and a dedicated learning community, I deepened my understanding of the human needs and traumas that often live beneath behaviours, struggles, and addictions.
Today, this approach informs how I meet people: not as problems to be fixed, but as human beings to be seen, heard, and accompanied with compassion and without judgment.
